I had my visit on Thursday 01/18/2024 at the Waxahachie location with Dr Keg. His nurse and the entire staff were great. So welcoming, caring and absolutely 1000000% helpful as well as willing to go the extra mile to help the patient. I love Dr Keg!!! He has a GREAT bedside manner. He listens and explains every detail. I need a knee replacement. He told me “no u remember the pain involved right” and he asked “you remember the intense recovery procedure you went through” He made sure I understood what I was getting myself into again. He made sure I was 100% confident in my decision and his recommendations as I have already had my other knee replaced. He is so far the absolute BEST doctor I have ever come into contact within the state of Texas! He is so helpful laid back/easy to talk to and very determined to get his patient feeling good and back to normal! This man really puts his heart ❤️ into his career! I’m looking forward to my healthcare/bone & joint needs being met by him and his colleagues!! Thank you Dr Keg for everything!! You are a true blessing to have on my team!

I'm giving 3 stars because I'm a new patient to Dr Madsen, he was very nice and also the staff was great! He did a quick exam.. he said I had a torn meniscus and gave me meds and set my next appt for 4 weeks. it took all of 10 minutes. I feel like it was to quick I thought I would get a more thorough exam.

I had a great experience for the first time there. The staff was very friendly, polite and all had smiles. My doctor was awesome. He gave me all the facts and a great solution to help solve the problem I was having.

Dr. Hussain is a wonderful doctor. Very caring, thorough with a great bedside manner. He took the time to both listen and explain everything in great detail. His staff is very friendly and helpful as well.

The front desk clerk was very rude today. I tried to ask questions and she thought it was funny and laughed in my face. I threw a clipboard on the floor and she said I assaulted her.and I didn't. She also said she had nothing to say to me.so because of her you lost a client

Had knee replacement surgery and had no problem. Healed well and not alot of pain! Will go to him for my next joint replace. His staff is awesome!

There's something to be said about a doctor (Eugene) that lies to it patients... leading them to believe a procedure wouldnt be painful...it's a concern that he doesn't provide support to patients with transportation to drive home after a painful procedure. Sending me to travel down dangerous roads without the use of 1 arm because of horrendous pain... I honestly don't believe I was injected with a sterile needle as it was not covered with a top upon entering the exam room...I really believe medical malpractice is happening in this facility. It's also located at an odd business area...

Specialty Care Clinics is a great and very professional establishment. The entire medical staff is very friendly and courteous at all times. Their suite is always clean and very-well organized.
